Voucher terms

Each voucher is issued and honoured by the organization named on its pack. Organization-specific validity, eligible outlets and redemption conditions appear with the voucher.

Using vouchers

• Vouchers are assigned to the recipient and are not transferable.
• Money vouchers are redeemed as whole units. No balance, cash change or cash-out is provided.
• A redemption is complete only when matching confirmation is shown to customer and staff.
• Expired, revoked or already redeemed vouchers cannot be used.

Organization subscriptions

Paid plans are a monthly software subscription for the organization running vouchers. The fee is separate from voucher value.

• Owners can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
• The paid plan stays active until that date, no further charges are made, and the workspace then returns to the Free plan.
• The current billing period is not refunded. Existing vouchers remain usable.

Platform role

SGVoucher provides closed-loop promotional voucher software. It does not accept customer funds, hold stored value, settle merchants or promise government benefits. SGVoucher is not affiliated with the Singapore Government, CDC Vouchers, SG60 Vouchers or RedeemSG.
